Pool Key Eligibility
Only homeowners are eligible to obtain a pool key.
Each household is assigned one key.
Homeowners with outstanding dues are not eligible to receive a pool key.
If a homeowner has outstanding dues and already has a key, it will be deactivated until the account is brought to current.
How to Request a Pool Key
Log in to your HOA account through PayHOA. If you do not already have access, select Join the HOA Portal in the upper-right corner of the website to receive a setup link.
To request a pool access key card, go to the Requests menu on the left side of PayHOA and select the Pool Access Key Card – New Owner or Replacement Pool Key form.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive confirmation along with instructions on where to pick up your key.
Lost or Stolen Keys
In the event your pool key is lost or stolen, please call our office at 405-237-8180 or email us immediately and we will have it de-activated.
The initial key is provided at no charge. Replacement keys cost $25.00.
